大多数PEP羧化酶只有在[[C2:乙酰CoA(Acetyl-CoA)]]的参与下才能起催化作用,而C1代谢中的【特异性PEP羧化酶】为【不依赖乙酰CoA型的酶】,编码此两种同工酶的基因只有30%左右的重复序列。
